Classes
Typical classes are 3 days a week. However, depending on age most beginners will start on Tuesdays and Thursdays then move to the Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes. Monday classes consist on learning the foundations and techniques of Taekwondo such as stances, kicks, forms and more. Then Wednesday students will compete with each other in sparring. Then Friday usually consist of workouts meant to build strength, endurance and cardio. No classes on Saturday and Sunday however when tournament's are approaching competition classes will take place early on Saturday’s.
